Enbu Hajime this Sunday!

Happy New Year! Please join us for our annual embu hajime practice in at the El Cerrito Community Center on Sunday January 6,2013 from 11:00am until approximately 3:00pm. We will have a short break for a group lunch, please feel free to bring a dish to share with everyone. We hope to see you all there.

Annual NCNF Seminar and Tournament

Picnic in honor of Tanaka Sensei

We are having a picnic in honor of Tanaka Sensei and her recommendation to Hanshi. Please join us and show your appreciation, bring some food or drink to share.
